“Marketing Assistant”
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plans.
- Contribute to marketing strategies and make increase customer engagement.
- Contribute to brand building and consistency across all channels.
- Drive customer awareness through targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with other organizations and partnerships to promote Smei.
- Maintain and update Smei’s website, social media regularly.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Help plan and organize marketing events and promotions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or IT.
- Above 1 year of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a detail-oriented approach.
