“Digital Marketing Assistant”

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop digital marketing plans.
• Contribute to digital marketing strategies and make increase customer engagement.
• Contribute to brand building and consistency across all channels.
• Drive customer awareness through targeted and social campaigns.
• Collaborate with other organizations and partnerships to promote Smei.
• Maintain and update Smei’s website, social medias regularly.
• Manage social media platforms and Create engaging Content.
• Help plan and organize marketing events and promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Gathering data KPI to create monthly reports on engagement and reach.

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Business, IT or related field.
• 2 year of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Experience with Content Writing and Copy Writing.

• Understanding of basic SEO principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a detail-oriented approach.
