Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo ERP Functional Consultant. The ERP Functional Consultant will work with our clients to understand their business processes and help them configure and implement Odoo ERP as per their requirements. The ERP Functional Consultant will also provide training to clients and support them throughout the implementation process.
“Odoo Functional Consultant ( Senior )” - Onsite/Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, configuration, and continuous optimization of the Odoo System.
- Understand and analyze client business processes and requirements.
- Configure and implement Odoo ERP solutions tailored to client needs.
- Accurate configuration and integration of financial data.
- Provide training to clients on how to use Odoo ERP effectively.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance during and after the implementation process.
- Assist clients in resolving ERP-related challenges and optimize their systems.
- Work with functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the organization during system go-live.
- Overall project planning, task management, client communication, project timeline, coordination across teams.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Relevant certifications in Business, IT, Finance, Accounting or Project Management.
- 4+ years of experience in ERP management (implementation and supporting), software development, or business system administration.
- Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional project management, stakeholder engagement.
- Strong knowledge in Odoo and Business process.
