SME Intellect is a group of IT professionals who provide business consulting and IT services to Myanmar businesses especially small and medium business market. We are Odoo ready partner and providing Odoo ERP implementation and related services to multiple customers since 2019.

As we are growing, we need more people to join our young and innovative team to strengthen our capabilities.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills

Job Responsible:

  • Meeting with customer for requirement discussion.
  • Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Primary is Odoo Web Framework.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Design user flows, UI layouts, and interactive pages interfaces.
  • Create mobile , website & landing page designs for product launches.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on digital products.
  • 2yr+ years UI/UX design experience.
  • Strong experience with Figma.
  • Expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a deep understanding of design principles and best practices
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
  • Must stay up-to-date with modern UI/UX trends and best practices.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Valid work permit for Belgium

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Additional languages
  • Google Adwords experience
  • Strong analytical skills
