We are seeking a highly motivated HR professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities for our business of 11-50 employees, while also contributing to strategic HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, address employee concerns, and manage employee relations processes.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer, and onboard new hires.
- Benefits & Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs, manage payroll processes, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management systems.
- HR Systems Implementation: Partner with internal and external teams to implement and maintain HR information systems.
- Policy Development & Administration: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop or source training programs to enhance employee skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Proven experience with the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience implementing and maintaining HR information systems (a plus).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
- People-centric mindset with a passion for employee engagement.
