Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing Odoo modules and workflows to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve system usage, streamline processes, and increase user satisfaction with Odoo ERP.
- Monitor and support data quality and consistency across ERP modules, contributing to accurate reporting and business intelligence.
- Analyze and resolve customer issues related to ERP software.
- Build strong customer relationships and improve overall user experience.
- Assist in troubleshooting software problems using available resources.
- Create and maintain detailed support tickets for all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to report bugs and improvements.
- Deliver training sessions to users and create user-friendly documentation to support system adoption and efficient usage.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP
trends and software developments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, data models, and business processes across modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, or Manufacturing.
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or ERP Customer Support role, ideally with hands-on Odoo ERP experience.
- Proven problem-solving ability with a focus on user experience and operational efficiency.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
