Job Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor and maintain company computer systems and networks.
- Respond promptly to service issues and user requests.
- Provide technical support in-person or remotely across the company.
- Set up user accounts and permissions.
- Repair and replace faulty equipment as needed.
- Test and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
- Provide training to users on system
usage and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge in CCTV and Networking.
- At least 2 years of IT experience.
- Problem-solving and communication skill.
- Intermediate level of English skill.
- Ability to work under pressure and troubleshoot effectively.
- Teamwork and adaptability.
